A Scarlet Reminder
we were like those who dream.
Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with joyful shouting.
Then they said among the nations:
"The Lord has done great things for them!"
And the Lord has done great things for us;
and we are filled with joy.
You've restored our hearts like streams that flow;
those who've sown in tears shall reap
their joy, in return, with shouts and songs
carrying the fruit of God.

As I Walked the Wilderness of this World...
I shiver and shrink from the wint'ry winds,
Though the warmth of tears once carried great hope
Of grace to come without delay.
Yet the years spent pining for just one kiss
Have taken their toll; my soul's amiss.
I ache and fall into the fray...
"I am left to wander and roam."

All My Tears
It don't matter where you bury me,
I'll be home and I'll be free.
It don't matter where I lay,
All my tears be washed away.
~*~
When I go, don't cry for me
In my Father's arms I'll be
The wounds this world left on my soul
Will all be healed and I'll be whole.
Sun and moon will be replaced
With the light of Jesus' face
And I will not be ashamed
For my Savior knows my name.
Gold and silver blind the eye
Temporary riches lie
Come and eat from heaven's store,
Come and drink, and thirst no more
So, weep not for me my friends,
When my time below does end
For my life belongs to Him
Who will raise the dead again.

A Small Measure of Peace
Strengthen the weak hands
and make firm the feeble knees.
Say to those who have an anxious heart,
"Be strong, fear not!
BEHOLD, your God will come...
He will come and save you."
and make firm the feeble knees.
Say to those who have an anxious heart,
"Be strong, fear not!
BEHOLD, your God will come...
He will come and save you."
And the ransomed of the Lord shall return
and come to Zion with singing;
everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain gladness and joy,
and sorrow and sighing will flee away...
